My background is from business and education. I hold an M.A. (Hons.) & B.Sc.(Hons.) in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy. I am trained in levels 1,2, & 3 in EMDR. I am an accredited member of the Irish Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (IACP) and work according to their code of ethics. I am committed to continuing personal and professional development and I engage in on going external confidential supervision.
